Return to Expansion: Holy Fire® III Reiki & Sound Bath

Slow down and come back to yourself. This one on one session pairs Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki with a crystal sound bath, two gentle practices that work together to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and help the body release stress & anxiety.

Introductory offer
To welcome this new offering, introductory sessions are 45 minutes for $88. Full sessions will be 60 minutes at $188, so this is the best way to experience the work at its introductory rate. Available for your first session only, limited to the first 12 sessions or through November 30.

The experience
Held one on one and in person at the shop, you rest comfortably, fully clothed, while Reiki is offered with a light touch or just above the body. Then sound layers in: crystal singing bowls and gong, whose tones move through the body and carry you deeper into stillness. Guided by Jenna Devine, a Holy Fire® III Reiki practitioner and sound practitioner, the session moves at the pace of your own body.

About Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki
Holy Fire® III is a modern expression of Usui Reiki, often described as warm, intuitive, and deeply clarifying. Many people find it a soft way to release what they have been carrying.

What you may notice
Deep relaxation, a quieter mind, emotional softening, or a sense of being held and supported. Every session is different, and there is nothing you need to do.

Wonderful for
Stress and overwhelm, seasons of change, a moment of reset, or anyone curious about Reiki and sound for the first time. No experience is needed.

To prepare
Wear comfortable clothing, eat lightly beforehand, and drink water afterward. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
