Moonchild Mondays: Sound Bath

Begin your week in stillness. Moonchild Mondays gathers just five guests for an intimate sound bath at the Kalika Moonchild shop in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

With only five spaces, the experience has the feel of a private session, shared with a few kindred souls. You will have room to settle in, personal attention, and a quiet, unhurried atmosphere where the sound can reach you fully. We begin with a brief meditation to help you arrive, then move into 30 minutes of sound. Lie back, let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, ambient guitar, and gentle instruments move through you, and release any tension you are holding.

No experience is needed. Mats are provided, so simply arrive ready to rest.
